Return Policy

Time Frame
Our policy lasts 7 days, from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t entertain your return.

Condition of the Product
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process
Customers will need to initiate the return through the online platform, providing details such as order number, reason for return, and possibly photographic evidence of any defects. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
We do not offer free return shipping and as such, you will be required to bear the return shipping costs. In other words, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over INR 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The timeline for the refund can vary but is often within 7 business days.

We understand that sometimes the fit might not be perfect or the color not as expected. Refunds are usually issued if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or if there was an error on our part.

The refund is typically processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 days.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund might be offered, such as when only part of the order is returned.

Non-Refundable Items
Some items, like accessories or discounted products, may be marked as non-refundable.

Refund for Sale Items
Policies regarding refunds for items purchased during a sale or with a discount may vary. Usually, only regular priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot be refunded. Exchange Policy

Eligibility
Exchanges may be allowed for size-related issues or if the customer receives a defective item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@chhooze.com.
